My Top Choices: Spring 2012 Haute Couture Collections

The Spring 2012 Haute Couture Fashion Week just concluded last week! And all I can say is “BONGGA!” Gorgeous pieces that every women dream to wear! Here Iam to share with you my favorites from each collection from a designer. I looked at every pieces and chose my favorites so here you go!

Let’s start with…

ELIE SAAB. Perfect for the red carpet! It will let you show a bit of your skin because of the sheer but still has that ELEGANT factor every woman wants. The soft colors are just perfect! Here are some of my favorites.

CHANEL. Their collection focused on the blue hue. And I just noticed that almost all the pieces has pockets which makes it very edgy and new! Check out them out!

ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER. Their collection is LOVE!! I love the deep plunging necklines and its flowiness is very flossy! Very goddess isn’t it? Take a look!

ARMANI PRIVE. Green dominated their collection! Great silhouttes and same as with thier textiles. Here you go!

GIAMBATTISTA VALLI. Iam starting to be a fan of Giambattista Valli. He always has this hands that creates a very feminine and elegant clothes and in this collection he proved more than what I expected. Here, see it for yourself! The middle one is my favorite!!

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER. I began to know and researched about him when Georgina Wilson wore a corset from him during the Esquire Ball last year. From then on, he become one of my faves. In this collection, it was all about being bold! The hues are bright! The show was also an Amy Winehouse inspired one. A tribute to her I guess. See it here!

VALENTINO. Maxi dresses and floral prints are major focus of this collection! Here it is!

VERSACE. “Tinatanong pa ba yan?!” Donatella really know how to put up knock off and showstopping dresses! Fierce! I LOVE IT! That’s it! Just check it out so you’ll know what I feel.

ZUHAIR MURAD. More on gold and brown shades. Elegantly made. The middle is one is LOVE!!! Here check it!

The last one is..

DIOR. Fairy tale inspired ball gowns. Classic dresses with big bows. Wait a minute, remember what Charlize Theron wore in the Golden Globes? Its Dior. The one with the bow and a slit. I guess its part of this collection. Go see it!
